Refund and Return Policy

Use CerTech Gels and if for any reason you are not satisfied, let us know and we will return your purchase price.

If you change your mind, simply let us know and send the unused  product in new condition and we will refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.

If you receive an item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by  us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective  and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from  us will qualify for refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection upon our receipt.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
